How Does It Work?
Step 1: Discovery Call
Based on your needs and budget, we will determine which service is best. Once your service is finalized, we’ll determine your start date and send over the contract, and invoice for you to sign and pay.
** If your start date is in the middle of the month, your first month will be prorated and you will be invoiced on the first of the month going forward.
Step 2: Onboarding
You’ll receive a thorough onboarding email and book a time for your kick off call with Molly + your account manager.
This email includes everything you need to know, including an onboarding questionnaire. You’ll be expected to fill this out thoroughly so that we have all the key details we need to begin working on your content. 👊
Step 3: Kick Off Call
We use this call to get logged into your account, finalize design details and tie up any loose ends.
Step 4: Content Creation & Approval
We start working on your content! We build out all the content in YOUR Canva and Planoly (or a Google Doc). We batch one month’s worth of content at a time. We’ll send you an approval form for feedback so we can note your preferences moving forward.
Step 5: Execution
On your assigned date, we start posting! We typically post on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Step 6: Ongoing Communications
Three weeks before the start of the next month, we send a monthly content form with a specific prompt and also ask about time sensitive events or announcements.
Step 7: Results & Checkpoints
Team Molly always has your best interest at heart and we are always communicating behind the scenes and optimizing results.
Every month, we email you 2-3 highlights from your stats plus one area for improvement. 💛
