I don’t currently have a team member, assistant, or staff person to go through this program for me. Should I still join?

One of the biggest mistakes I see holistic health professionals make is trying to do all the things themselves. ☺️


However, the practitioner can absolutely go through the live cohort themselves.


And if you're planning to bring someone on eventually, you'll have lifetime access to the training videos. Plus, I’ve included an editable sample job description and other resources to help you find and train the right person to take this over when the time comes.

What if I (or my team member) can’t attend the calls live?

Calls will begin Wednesday, September 3rd, and will take place weekly for eight weeks at 12 PM Eastern.


If you can’t attend live, a cleaned-up recording will be uploaded to your portal within a day or two. You’ll have unlimited access to all recordings.


I’ll also be available inside the student community Monday through Friday answering questions and reviewing content.

 

So even if you or your team member can’t make it live, you’ll still get plenty of access to me for personalized feedback.


(That said, I do recommend attending live as often as possible!)

Can I just hire your team to do this for me?

How is this different from Holistic Marketing Hub?

Holistic Marketing Hub is designed to be more self-paced and self-study. While students do get access to me inside HMH, it’s not nearly as high-touch or personalized as this cohort.


This Sprint is like a pared-down, “only what you need to know” version of Holistic Marketing Hub—but live, and with way more support from me, since I’m only accepting 8 clinics into this round.

I’m a health and wellness professional, but I mostly sell online offers. Is this the right program for me?

While a lot of what I teach applies to any type of Instagram account—even outside of the health and wellness space—the focus of this program is on growing a local/regional audience and following.


If your main goal is attracting local patients or clients, this will be a great fit.

What if the person going through this program on my clinic’s behalf leaves? Can I use this to train someone new?

Absolutely!


Part of the program includes an editable SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for your clinic’s social media. So if you bring on a new employee or contractor in the future, all you have to do is hand them the SOP.


They’ll have a clear outline of their daily, weekly, and monthly tasks—plus access to all the training recordings to get up to speed quickly.

Outside of the weekly calls for the first eight weeks, what’s the time commitment for this program?

During the first eight weeks, you can expect:
– 1 hour per week for the live call
– About 1 hour per week of “homework”

 

Beyond that, if you’re fully implementing the recommendations, plan for about 3–5 hours per week to film, edit, create content, and virtually network.
(Of course, these are all things I’ll teach step by step inside the program!)


You’ll also receive an editable SOP for your clinic’s social media, including sample daily, weekly, and monthly task lists—so it’s easy to follow and even easier to delegate.

Is there a money-back guarantee or do you offer refunds?

Because this is a high-touch, small-group program with limited spots and personalized coaching, refunds aren’t offered by default.

 

That said, I deeply care about your success. If you’ve attended all calls (or watched the replays), completed the weekly assignments, and feel like you're not seeing momentum, I’ll offer a bonus 1:1 call with me to help troubleshoot and get you unstuck.

 

Organic social media marketing takes time, and while you likely won't see a flood of new patients overnight, the goal of this program is to build a repeatable system that brings in new local clients consistently over time.

 

If you’ve fully participated, implemented the work, joined the bonus 1:1, and still feel the program didn’t deliver, you can request a refund after you’ve posted at least two weeks of content that was created inside the program. You’ll just need to show proof of participation and implementation, and I’ll honor it.

How many people are included in my enrollment?

Enrollment is per office or clinic, not per person—which means you’re essentially licensing the material for your practice.


For this beta cohort, I’m accepting eight clinics total. That includes the provider(s) and team member(s).


If you want to include more team members down the road, they’re also welcome to watch the recordings and use the materials—it’s all included under your clinic’s enrollment.
